DEPOSIT:
A NON-REFUNDABLE retainer of $500 is REQUIRED
to reserve a date. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to event
date.
INCIDENTALS:
$500 Incidental Fee,
this fee will be
requested to be refunded three to five business days after your event, if there
are not any incidents or damages, and the rental time is not exceeded, and
cleaning is well done
CANCELLATIONS:
All deposits and payments received are
NON-Refundable. If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 30 days
prior to scheduled event. Events cancelled 30 days or less prior to event date
will owe the remaining invoice balance.
ALCOHOL:
If
you plan to serve alcohol at your event, it must be served by a licensed and
insured bartender. A copy of the license and Liquor Liability Insurance must be
provided 30 days prior to your event.
